Our lessons change weekly! While we do repeat some skills in order to develop them, we are always introducing new skills as well as new nutritional information.

YES! We welcome parents, teachers and the like to come on board and watch your little one develop their athletic abilities!

BEEBUS coaches are CPR/First aid certified. We will handle scrapes or scratches with the appropriate cleaning/bandage and send home an incident report form which will give you the details of the incident. Anything more serious than a minor scrap, bump, bruise, scratch, or the like will be handled according to the preschool’s protocol for such incidents.

The bus will be parked at all times, with the keys out of the ignition. At no point will the bus be driven with students on board. We will remain parked next to the preschool, on their property until all students are safely returned to their teacher.

BEEBUS is fully equipped with three air conditioning units on board the bus. Whatever the temperature is outside, we won’t know it on the inside!

Yes, we offer both a school year, and summer program for our students.

YES! Our instructors will challenge their students to be their absolute best. If we see your child has mastered a certain skill, we will challenge them in other ways like by perfecting their form or by trying the next progression of skills.

While on board BEEBUS we have to maintain a certain level of safety for all students. Poor behavior can result in the compromising of safety. We will issue a couple of warnings, but if a child is unable to control their behavior, they will be escorted back to their classroom. Two-three occurrences of this may result in termination of enrollment.

If BEEBUS has to cancel a class due to weather or mechanical problems, you will receive a credit on your account and an email detailing that occurrence to you. However, because our schedule, classes and number of instructors relies upon enrollment, we cannot offer credits for absenteeism. For extended absences, please contact BEEBUS via call, text, or email.

The activities on the Bus are best suited for kids aged 18 months to 7 years of age.

The bus operates seven days a week. The hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Other times available via appointments for parties and special events.

The Bus is filled with a large variety of fun gym equipment and accessories including but not limited to: a zipline, monkey bars, slides, rock climbing wall, trampoline, rings, climbing rope, balance beam, tunnels, mats, steps, shapes, hoops, parachutes, bouncers, ribbons, scarves, balls, bean bags, etc… Most of the equipment is on the bus at any given time. We also rotate and add equipment to create endless new fun.

Bus parking requires about 4 parking spaces at your Preschool or Daycare. Our Driver will evaluate upon arrival and will make ensure the location is a safe place to park. Also, the Bus can park on secluded residential streets, in front of your home (school, park, church, etc.), in parking lots, or even on your driveway if there is enough space. Prior to the bus arriving, each host must make arrangements for the availability of the appropriate space for the bus to park. This can be done by using traffic cones.

The BEEBUS arrives about 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the event. Upon arrival, our staff will introduce themselves and answer all questions, as well as go over the basic timeline of the event. We also recommend that the children wait to board the bus until they are given the green light.

Once the event has come to an end, you will pay via our online payment system. Gratuity is not necessary, but it greatly appreciated!

For safety reasons, we can accommodate up to 12 kids at a time on the inside of the bus. If you're looking to book a large party, we will make arrangements to best fit your needs. Originally, the BEEBUS was a 76-passenger school bus. With the seats removed, it is surprisingly roomy!

Schedule a party in three easy steps! 1) go to our website to check availability at www.beebus.com or (754) 300-2112, 2) go to party tab, select book now to fill out booking form and submit waiver, 3) pay the deposit (click payment options).

For insurance purposes, all children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian. For schools, waivers must be submitted when you register. For parties and events, kiddo bus will provide a printed waiver form for each guest. You may also download the waiver form and have the parent of each guest turn it in to you if they will not be present on the day of the party.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party and the remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Contact us at to learn detailed payment information regarding your specific event.

To reschedule a kiddo bus party or special event, we require 10-day notice. Kiddo bus does not issue cash refunds; instead, you will receive a credit to apply to your rescheduled event. Sorry, no exceptions to this rule.

During BEEBUS parties, parents are welcome to step onto the bus and watch the kids have fun. Most often, parents “take a peek”, then exit the bus, pull up a chair in a shaded area, and take a break.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow any outside food or beverages, with the exception of water. This is for strict sanitation purposes. Kids can bring their own water bottles, as long as they can easily identify that it's theirs.

For monthly classes at your child’s school or day care center, there is a $30.00 annual registration fee followed by regular monthly payments of $40.00. Please contact us at (info@beebus.com or beebusfitness@gmail.com about information pertaining to fees to participate in this program.

All school teachers, assistants and staff members are welcome on BEEBUS. However, it’s a good idea to limit the number of adults at the same time to free up as much room as possible for BEEBUS to tumble and play!

We usually deliver four classes per month since each program has its classes scheduled on a fixed day and time–for example, Tuesdays at 7:30 am. BEEBUS tuition is calculated on a monthly basis. Since the length of month varies during the year, kiddos may receive 3 to 5 lessons per month (average is four) but same monthly price still applies.

At schools and centers, all registered children will be taken to the beebus weekly class unless we receive written notification stating otherwise. If a child is absent on the day of BEEBUS class, full tuition is still due. All waivers must be signed and submitted by parent or legal guardian before participating in any beebus class.

If BEEBUS has a “sick day” and is unable to make it to an event or party because of weather, mechanical problems, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will schedule a make-up class.

Not a problem. However, we ask that you provide us with a 30-day written notice.

For your convenience, there are several ways to pay fees online via debit or credit card are welcome!

BEEBUS’ primary form of communication with their parents is through the use of emails. Emails provide a time stamped record of anything that either you communicate to BEEBUS (i.e. notification of sickness, vacation, etc), or that BEEBUS communicates to you (i.e. time for account renewal, schedule change, etc). This covers all parties should any issues arise later should there be a question as to when or if notification was sent. For this reason, we ask that you check your emails for this. They may contain important information about your child’s account.
