Regan has been an adult and children’s fitness instructor for 10 years. Her experience working with children’s fitness ranges from group fitness classes, to preschool soccer skills, to one-on-one sport specific training. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Florida State University and is currently in the graduate program at Troy University for Sport and Fitness Management with an emphasis on sport administration. She is CPR/First Aid certified, and is a certified fitness instructor.
In her time as a children’s fitness instructor, she tailored weekly group sessions designed to implement the preparatory skills for many different sports by implementing agility and plyometric exercises, as well as well as other genres of exercise such as dance and yoga. Regan used her love of healthy living to spread the word of health and fitness to several elementary schools in the Bay county area by visiting the classrooms of many school classes to talk about exercise and healthy eating as a guest speaker. She also coached kids aged 18 mo-4 years of age in a beginning soccer skills class known as soccer tots.
